One of my hobbies is walking battlefields and that will probably be the major source of posts. Plus I will post about other things that spark my interest, from oddities found while researching to observations on the war.

Utoy Church
There isn't much in the way of interpretive signs for the battle of Utoy Church near Atlanta. We found these on our way to the church.
Then this is the church itself and its cemetery.
The cemetery even has a few Revolutionary War soldiers.
The Utoy Cemetery has received the TLC you suggest. Go to Facebook and search for "Utoy Cemetery Association Inc." and go to our photo album titled "Some spectacular panoramas of the newly-cleaned cemetery" Malcolm McDuffie-VP Utoy Cemetery Association, Inc.
according to several battlefield guides there are civil war era trenches to the back of that cementary
