Sorry for the lack of posts this week, its been a busy busy week, both at work and personally. The symposium is tomorrow, after nearly 18 months of preparation its finally upon us. I think the latest head count put us at 65 or so, enough to break even. Sometime after the event we'll have to sit down and figure out if its financially viable to do it every year, in any respect this one won't have cost us anything. One of our worries was that if it failed we'd have ruined the treasury for years to come. Instead we did okay. We'll have to see what last minute registrations we get, plus book sales the day of the event. That will likely determine if its something to try again. Next week I'll provide a recap of the event.
